How do I return a product?

In all cases, you must first contact us by phone or email. You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the product without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive your order. From the moment you notify us of the return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

The returned product must be undamaged. Only unused and undamaged items are eligible for a refund. You are responsible for the return shipment and its costs, unless otherwise agreed (for example, in case of defects). After receiving the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days.

What is the warranty period?

We have 100% confidence in our products. Nevertheless, it may occur that a manufacturing fault or other defect appears within 1 or 2 years. This is something we cannot always prevent. In such cases, we will provide an appropriate solution. You can rely on us to handle warranty claims correctly and promptly.
