Delivery charges & delivery time

We deliver our curtain rods and accessories to the Benelux, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Should you wish to have your product delivered to another country, please contact us via the contact form and indicate where you would like the product delivered. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery charges

We offer free delivery within the Netherlands.

Shipping costs to Belgium and Germany are €14.95 per order. These are automatically added to your order. For an order containing only individual accessories, the shipping costs are €9.95.

Delivery costs for Switzerland and Austria are €19.95 per order. These are automatically added to your order. For an order containing only separate accessories, the delivery costs are €14.95.

For an order over €500 we do not charge delivery charges.

Delivery address

It is important that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive the order. The carrier requires a signature.

How long is the delivery time?

We have all curtain rods and accessories in stock. Upon receipt of your payment, we will dispatch your order, and you can expect to receive it within a few days. In the Netherlands, this is 1 to 2 working days, and in Belgium and Germany, 2 to 3 working days.

How do you know if the order has arrived safely?

If you place an order online and have provided your email address correctly, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. In it, you will find the confirmation of your order.

I made a mistake with my order. Can I still change my order?

If the order has not yet been processed, you can still change it. In that case, we kindly request you to contact us as soon as possible.

I want to cancel my order. How do I do that?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can still cancel it. If the order has been completed, we kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible. We will work together to find a suitable solution.

Takeaway

You can collect the curtain rod from us. We’ll even give you a 10% discount if you collect your order, and you’ll save on delivery charges. This makes your curtain rods even better value.

When collecting your order, you can order up to a length of 3 metres in one continuous piece.

Debit card payments are not possible with us.
